Prices will be announced at the start of ticket sales or on request.

Arrival

We ask Phänomena visitors to travel by public transport. You can easily reach us with the Limmattal tramway from Dietikon or Killwangen. The “Niderfeld” stop is right next to Phänomena. Additional shuttle buses run at peak times.

On foot or by bicycle

Phänomena can also be easily reached on foot or by bike. The corresponding paths are signposted in the area near the site. From the Dietikon train station, pedestrians can take an enjoyable footpath to Phänomena (15-20 minutes).

By car

There are no parking spaces available directly next to the site. This is why we do not recommend arriving by car.

Accessibility: Phänomena for everyone

The Phänomena app, which acts as an assistant for visitors, is equipped with barrier-free modules. In order to offer a barrier-free experience for as many people as possible, Phänomena works with the Behindertenkonferenz Kanton Zürich (Conference for People with Disabilities of the Canton of Zürich). The educational staff responds to personal needs and is available for any concerns.

For people who have to arrive by car due to their walking difficulties, a limited number of marked parking spaces are available upon prior reservation. The Phänomena site and the exhibits are wheelchair-accessible wherever possible. For people with hearing impairments, we offer tours in sign language for groups upon prior reservation.
